Please send letter of invitation on church, ministry, or organization letterhead. The following information should be included:

• Date of Request
• Date and Time of Engagement
• Name and Address of Organization/Event
• Senior Pastor, Organization Leader, or Ministry Leader Name
• Contact Information (Person's Name, Email, Fax, Cellular, Phone)
• Theme/Detail of Event
• Any Special Instructions (i.e., attire, scriptures, time limit, etc.)

All requests will be answered within 7 days of receipt.
